Native Trees and Forests: Using Maintenance and Management as Design Tools

Trees are actors in their environments and agents of environmental change. How does this inform the way we might design with them? Jamie shares design projects that work with the particular capacities of native tree species, engage with plant processes such as succession and migration, measure and direct plant performance, and use maintenance and management as important tools of design.
